ProfitBuyz is a marketplace with different vendor from the United Kingdom. Products listed on our website are from ProfitBuyz Limited and others from verified vendors.
We have two options that a buyer can use to order wholesale
Option 1: Product listed on ProfitBuyz Business website
Option 2: Uisng Request For Quotation for product not listed on ProfitBuyz Business webiste
When Product is listed on Website #
We understand that a buyer may have questions about the product or might want to negotiate the price based on certain criteria like quantity, shipping cost and custom clearance.
The buyer can use the LET US DISCUSS BUSINESS feature to reach out to the vendor
You will be asked to login with your account details. If you already logged in then you can continue without being asked to login.
You can fill in the details. The quantity, sample and customization are optional but is required to enable the vendor provide you with the best offer and services.
When you submit, will receive an email with the copy of the inquiry. Also, you can continue with the business negotiation with the vendor from your account dashboard
Completing Wholesale Order #
When you are satisfied, you can place your order by selecting the product, then add to the container
Shipping Address #
You will be required to complete the shipping address details. This is adddress where the goods will be sent. Ensure that it is correct.
We have two Shipping Class
- Free Shipping: This class of shipping will take longer time. Sometimes it can take up to 30 days. The buyer will pay no charge
- Express Shipping: This class of shipping is fast. The goods shall arrive within a week, and the buyer is expected to pay shipping charges.
Payment #
Buyers are advised and encouraged to use the payment platform on pur website. Do not pay the vendor using any other process, otherwise ProfitBuyz cannot support with any issue like product returns, damaged products, etc
Currently, we have only Paypal as our payment type. We are working to add addtional options. We do not have bank transfer option at the moment. It can only be added on request by the vendor
Order Invoice #
On successful completion of the payment, you shall recive in your email Order invoice. Kindly keep it well because you will require it to receive your goods.
